According to the U.S Census Bureau, there is a higher minority ownership rate among franchises business than in non-franchised businesses. About 30.8% of franchises are owned by minorities compared to 18.8% of their non-franchised counterparts. Overall, both women and minority-owned franchise ownership have doubled since the latest study.

Color World Painting strives to have more inclusivity in franchise ownership, and to promote this, joining the IFA’s DiversityFran Program has created more opportunities. This program is designed to educate, recruit, and create the chance to explore franchise ownership.
